Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for educational programme purchases within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met: (a) you have not accessed more than 25% of the programme content; (b) you request the refund within the 14-day window; and (c) the purchase was made in good faith.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact us at info@sproutnaturfilte.world or call +44 20 7946 0958 with your order details. Please provide a brief reason for your refund request. We will respond within 5 working days.
3. Refund Timeline
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: (a) services that have already been fully delivered (e.g., completed consultations); (b) programmes or content accessed beyond the 25% threshold; (c) digital downloads or materials after they have been fully accessed; (d) custom or bespoke services once work has commenced.
5. Partial Refunds
We may offer partial refunds for programmes where you have accessed some content but are genuinely unsatisfied. Partial refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be less than the full purchase price.
6. Programme Cancellation
If you need to cancel an upcoming programme (e.g., corporate challenge), you may receive a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations within 30 days of start may be charged at 50% of the programme fee, with the remainder refunded.
7. Faulty or Defective Services
If a service is faulty or does not perform as described, we will either correct the issue at no additional cost or provide a full refund. Please report defects within 7 days of discovering the issue.
8. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where: (a) the request is frivolous or vexatious; (b) the customer has breached our Terms of Use; (c) the purchase was made fraudulently; or (d) the customer has already received substantial value from the service.
